If you injured yourself or felt really unwell you would go to the doctors, right? Then if you don’t feel right emotionally, feeling low for a long period of time, life getting you down, what do you do?
Most likely not go to the doctors. Talk to a friend or family member, maybe? Or keep it bottled up and hope things change, most likely.
