My name is Alexandra. I am a qualified counsellor, and accredited registrant member of the National Counselling Society.

I have experience working with different areas, including for example, anxiety, depression, loss, grief, low self-esteem, low confidence, stress, anger, fear, panic, work-related issues and relationship issues. My approach is humanistic, which places you at the heart of your counselling experience.

I believe that working together in a collaborative therapeutic relationship built on trust and safety, whilst free from judgement, is central to helping you explore your feelings, thoughts and issues. I strongly believe that given the right environment, and support that works for you, you can work towards a deeper understanding and stronger connection with your true inner self to progress to where you want to be.
