Integrative counselling is a holistic approach, taking into account your mental and emotional wellbeing as well as your physical wellbeing.
I work in a combination of therapies. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis. I blend the relevant theories and techniques to suit the needs of my clients.
My aim is to  build a trusting and non-judgmental relationship that helps my clients develop self-awareness. Empowering clients to start setting goals and practicing new behaviours that will enable them to move beyond their limitations and discover greater life satisfaction.
