Hi my name is Helen and I'm a Person-Centred qualified counsellor who supports Adults & Children. I offer a safe, confidential, empathic and non-judgemental space where you can explore your feelings, thoughts and experiences.

When supporting children/young people I work with art/play therapy to help children share their feelings and support them in difficult times.

I have experience in working within schools supporting young children, helping them with coping mechanisms and listening to their story with no judgement. Giving them the safe space to feel understood.
