North East Counselling Services is seeking experienced Associate Couples Counsellors to join our professional and supportive team.
We’re looking for a qualified counsellor who is specifically trained and experienced in couples work, able to provide compassionate, effective counselling to couples from diverse backgrounds. This role is offered on a self-employed associate basis, giving you flexibility in your working hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to relationships in the local community.
Essential requirements:
- Recognised counselling qualification (minimum Level 5 Diploma or equivalent)
- Additional training in couples counselling
- Proven experience delivering couples therapy in a clinical or community setting
- Registration or membership with a professional body (e.g., BACP, NCS, UKCP)
- Commitment to our values of empathy, respect, and professionalism
