When you get to page 2, you need to choose your GP surgery from the project list as shown below.

We will then check with your GP surgery that you are registered with them before offering you an appointment.

 

We will also provide your GP with a brief report at the end of counselling.  It won't tell them any of the details discussed during counselling, but give an idea of the number of sessions you have attended and if you found the counselling helpful.

We can provide counselling to children aged 4 - 18 and adults.

If you want a confidential service so that your GP doesn't know about your attendance, we can provide this privately but we have to make a charge for this service.
